Contact requests allow a customer to connect with partners through a directory. There is a contact form on each partner's landing page with specific questions, see below:

Once this form gets submitted, it will get emailed to all users on the partner's account. The email will look like this:

From here, the partner can contact the customer who submitted the request by email or phone, but it will also help the directory owner to click 'update status' in the email. This will take the partner directly to the request in PartnerPage:

From here, the partner can click accept or decline depending on the request. Partners can choose to decline for any reason, but if the partner chooses to click accept, they can then add a project status to let the directory owner know if the partner has contacted the customer, has lost the lead, or if the project was secured.

Once a status is chosen, make sure to hit save.
