Using Get Listed

PartnerPage makes it easy to showcase your partners by inviting them to join your Directory. One of the simplest ways to do this is through your Get Listed page.

What is Get Listed?

Get Listed is a self-serve way for partners to join your Directory without needing a direct invitation from within PartnerPage.

Using a Get Listed link provides the same onboarding experience as being invited directly from within the PartnerPage dashboard. Just share your directory's unique Get Listed link with a partner. They’ll be able to:

  1. Fill out a short form

  2. Join PartnerPage

  3. Access and complete their profile for your Directory

Once a partner completes the form and signs into PartnerPage, they will appear in your list of partners with a Hidden status. From there, you can follow your usual workflow to review and publish their profile.

Why use Get Listed?

The Get Listed link gives you flexible ways to invite partners to join your Directory:

Send a personalized email:

  • Craft your own message from your inbox or CRM, giving you full control over the content, tone, and number of partners you invite.

Share instantly during a conversation:

  • Drop the link into a live call or chat for a quick and seamless invite.

Send via any messaging platform:

  • Share the link through GChat, iMessage, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other communication tool you use with your partners.

Where to find your Get Listed link?

You can access your Get Listed link in a few places across the PartnerPage platform:

Partner profiles

  • On the “Invite Partner” page under Partner Profiles:

    At the top of this page, you’ll see your unique Get Listed link. You can either copy and share the link directly, or use the built-in PartnerPage invitation feature to send it via email.

Additionally, the link is available to the right of the Invite partner button inside of Partner profiles.

Integration partners

For integration or technology partners, PartnerPage offers two easy ways to invite them to your Directory:

  • Search our existing network:

    Click Add Partners to browse or search from our extensive network of existing partners.

  • Invite a new partner:

    If the partner you’re looking for isn’t listed, type their name into the search bar.

    You’ll see an option to Send an invitation.

    Clicking this will take you to the invitation screen, where you can:

    • Share your Get Listed link

    • Or send an invite directly through PartnerPage

Additionally, the link is available to the right of the Add partners button

💡 Each of your Directories has its own unique Get Listed link.

Make sure you’re sharing the correct link for the specific Directory you want your partner to join!
