A Directory listing is your business card on various platforms — creating trust, visibility and reachability with customers. Here’s how you get listed:
Sign-up (2 minutes) Get Listed
One way to get invited to join a directory is with a Get Listed link. The partnerships team will send you a link such as: https://companyname.com/partner-directory/get-listed/form
Enter your email
This becomes your PartnerPage login. Click Continue.
Add your details
Full name
Company name
Create a password
Verify your email
You’ll receive a message from noreply@partnerpage.io. Click Verify your account.
Please whitelist this address and check your spam folder for the first message.
Create your organization
In “What defines me best” select I’m an Agency (choose this even if you’re BPO/Tech; it’s just for PartnerPage setup and is not shown on your public profile).
Click Create organization and get listed.
Sign-up (2 minutes) Direct Invite
You will get an invitation to join a directory (screenshot below). The email will be coming from no-reply@partnerpage.io, and can sometimes go to your spam folder, make sure to check that folder.
Click Accept Invite
You will be taken to this screen:
Enter your email
This becomes your PartnerPage login. Click Continue or Continue with Google..
Verify your email
You’ll receive a message from noreply@partnerpage.io. Click Verify your account.
Status after sign-up
Your PartnerPage account and your partner directory profile are created.
The profile is hidden by default until the partnerships team reviews and publishes it

Completing your profile
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll land in your PartnerPage dashboard. This is where you create and manage the profile that will appear in the partner's directory.
Required steps to complete your profile
Add a headline (max. 250 characters)
→ This is the first thing customers see on your partner card and profile. Keep it short, clear, and compelling.Company description
→ Tell customers who you are, your vision, and the work you do with software. The more detail you add, the more context customers have.
Tag your company correctly
→ Use the filters on the right-hand side to make your profile searchable:Region(s) you serve
Services
Budgets
Any other filters available to choose from
Add your basics
→ Location, company website, and logo. These are required fields to save and submit your profile.
Optional but recommended: Enrich your profile
Media: Upload up to 9 files (PNGs, JPGs, PDFs) or add links to showcase case studies, videos, or examples of your work.
Resources: Add up to 6 links or PDFs (website, social channels, success stories, product pages, etc.).
Tip: For videos, always use the share URL.
What the directory owner manages
Some elements of your profile (awards, badges, callouts) are managed centrally by the partnerships team of the directory owner and will be added for you.
Final step
Click Save when you’ve filled in your profile. You can preview it anytime using “View entry” at the top right of your dashboard. Your profile will remain hidden until the directory owner's partnership team reviews and approves it.
