Editing your application form:
To edit your application form, first go to Customizations > Forms > Partner application
From here, click customize in the upper right corner, and start adding fields:
From here, you probably want to add some additional questions for your potential partner. This data will then get submitted to you. After their application gets submitted, you can then decide if you want to allow the partner to join the directory.
Once you have added your additional questions, hit save:
Now you are ready to start using your application form, which can be found here:
You can share the application form with your partners, and/or link to the form on your directory:
The potential partner will then fill out the form. They do not receive any emails from PartnerPage after completing this form, they only see a thank you screen after submission:
After the profile has been submitted, you as the vendor will get a notification and the potential partner's application goes into a queue here:
You can either accept or decline the application once you review. If you accept the invite, it will automatically trigger an invitation to the partner, and the partner will get added to your directory in a hidden status:
The partner will then fill out their profile, and send the profile to you for approval.
