This article is for partners. If a directory you're listed in uses the Scheduler, customers can book video calls with you through a booking link. You connect your calendar once, then set your hours and meeting location for each type of call the directory owner offers.
Who can do this: Admin and Manager roles in a Software company; Admin role in a Service provider · Availability: directories where the directory owner has the Scheduler switched on (available on request)
Connect your calendar
Each person connects their own calendar.
In the dashboard's main sidebar, under Settings, click Calendar.
Click Connect Google calendar or Connect Outlook calendar, and sign in to your calendar account.
You see "Calendar connected" and your calendar's provider and email. For Outlook, use a work or school Microsoft account: personal Microsoft accounts can't connect.
Then tell the directory owner. They add you to their event types, the kinds of calls customers can book.
Set your hours and copy your booking link
In Your public profiles (or Your public profiles > Solutions, if it has sub-items), click the row for the directory.
In the sidebar, under Scheduler, click Scheduler.
Open an event type.
Set the days and hours when customers can book you, and the meeting location, then save. You see "Scheduler updated".
Click Booking link to open your booking page, or go back to the list, hover over the event type and click the copy button. You see "Link copied".
Your booking link books calls with you only. Share it with customers, for example when you reply to a contact request. Calls go into your calendar with a Google Meet link (Google calendar) or a Microsoft Teams link (Outlook calendar), unless you set another location.
If clicking Scheduler takes you to Calendar, connect your calendar first. If it takes you back to the dashboard home, your role can't use the Scheduler: ask an Admin. If the list is empty, the directory owner hasn't added you to an event type yet.
Fix an expired connection
If you see "Calendar connection expired", your calendar provider wants you to sign in again to keep scheduling in sync. Click Reconnect calendar and sign in.
Disconnect your calendar
In Settings > Calendar, click Disconnect calendar, then Disconnect. You're removed from the directory owner's event types and your booking links stop working. After you reconnect, ask the directory owner to add you again. Customers may not be able to move or cancel calls already booked through your link.
