There are two convenient ways to invite partners into your directory. The first is by simply clicking 'Invite Partners' in the upper right corner of the service partner section of the dashboard.

You will then see the option to either copy the Get Listed link, which we will cover below, and you will also see the option to invite users directly from the app. Simply enter the company name, individual's name, and email address. You can invite multiple people from the same company, and we match their emails to the same account as long as the email is the same after the name. For example george.washington@partnerpage.io and benjamin.grankline@partnerpage.io will get matched to the same account.

Click Send Invitation, and your partner's will get an email that looks like the screenshot below except your company's name will be inserted.

The user is then taken to a page where they sign up for PartnerPage in order to manage their listing in your directory.

The service partner may have one or more companies listed in this 'Our Public Profile's view. They can search for your company in the list, and click on the name in order to edit their listing. Their view is very similar to what you're able to edit from your end, the only thing they can't change is the status bar. They cannot mark their profiles as public, give themselves badges, etc.

Get Listed is a quick and easy way to get your partner to join your Directory without you having to invite them from within PartnerPage. By simply sharing your unique link with your partner, they will be able to complete the form themselves, join PartnerPage and then access and complete their Profile for your Directory.

From your perspective, once partners have completed the form and signed into PartnerPage, they will appear in your Partner profiles or Integration partners (depending on which link you sent them) in the Hidden status. You can then follow your usual workflow to get that partner Public.

From your partners perspective, using the Get Listed link to join PartnerPage is the same experience they would have if you invited them directly from the application.
