To add a tier, navigate to the ‘Tiers’ menu under the Service Partner Directory settings and simply click 'Create Tier'

Enter the name of the tier, add an icon image (Ideally Square JPG or PNG image files are recommended, no larger than 500px and 1mb in size), and click on the save button on the bottom right.

After saving the tier, you can assign it to partners or return to the tiers page.

To rearrange the tiers, click in the area with the six dots and drag the tier up or down. The partners will appear in this order on the front-end directory.

To delete a partner, click on the partner tier you would like to delete and click on the ‘Delete Tier’ option on the bottom left of the screen.
