Agency Partner Directory URL

The Partner Program URL section can be found by clicking on Customizations on the left panel and then selecting URL’s. It is a place for you to add a link to your dedicated partner landing page that explains your partner program, how to become a partner, etc.

This section controls the link that sits above the directory cards which says "Interested in becoming a Partner? Learn More." See the screenshot below.

PartnerPage URL

This section can be left as is even if a custom domain is being used. This field will always be yourdomain.partnerpage.io

Agencies and Integrations custom domain section

This section is where you will enter your custom domain. The team at PartnerPage will help you either set up a reverse proxy using a Content Delivery Network, or a subdomain. Reverse proxies are needed if you are setting up a URL such as yourdomain.com/partners. You can only set up this type of URL if your main website uses a content delivery network such as Cloudflare or Cloudfront. This article explains exactly what a reverse proxy is.

The alternative to setting up a reverse proxy is to set up a subdomain for your directory such as partners.yourdomain.com. Setting up a subdomain is slightly easier for your team to set up. Your web team simply creates a CNAME record for the desired subdomain such as partners.yourdomain.com or experts.yourdomain.com. Once that is done, PartnerPage adds an SSL and the directory can now be found at the subdomain link.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links

These links usually link to your main website's privacy policy and terms of service pages since the PartnerPage directories are part of your site. The two links are shown on matchmaking and contact request forms before a user submits the request. See below.

The below image is where the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy page will appear on the front end.

Show integration request button?

The final section of the URL settings page is the 'show integration request button' option. This is for your integrations directory if someone runs a search for an integration but no partners appear in their search. You can toggle this on or off, and if it is clicked to the 'Yes' option a field shows for a link option. Simply enter in the destination for the button to request an integration.
