Implementation

  • Our design team begins branding the directory, while we schedule implementation sessions with our Customer Success Manager. During those sessions we'll work on directory filters, listing partners, and branding - we spend as much time as is needed ensuring everything is set up correctly

  • Overall the implementation process is a quick, collaborative process - we aim for white glove experience

  • We have recommendations around best practices for introducing the new directory to partners - we are happy to meet with and work with your partner marketing team on this

  • In case of website redesigns: we can set up the directory to match your current design, then update if site design changes (included with service)

What do we need from you as the customer to implement?

  • At least one resource (person) to review filters and preferences for the directory (this includes tiers, filters, badges, and other settings if they are in scope)

  • We will also need to work with a member of the web dev team to:

    • Set up URL branding either via CDN or DNS

    • Sign-off on branding that matches the marketing site (heavy lifting by PP)
