Implementation
Our design team begins branding the directory, while we schedule implementation sessions with our Customer Success Manager. During those sessions we'll work on directory filters, listing partners, and branding - we spend as much time as is needed ensuring everything is set up correctly
Overall the implementation process is a quick, collaborative process - we aim for white glove experience
We have recommendations around best practices for introducing the new directory to partners - we are happy to meet with and work with your partner marketing team on this
In case of website redesigns: we can set up the directory to match your current design, then update if site design changes (included with service)
What do we need from you as the customer to implement?
At least one resource (person) to review filters and preferences for the directory (this includes tiers, filters, badges, and other settings if they are in scope)
We will also need to work with a member of the web dev team to:
Set up URL branding either via CDN or DNS
Sign-off on branding that matches the marketing site (heavy lifting by PP)
