The directory owner has full control over the partner reviews that are collected on the directory

Agency partners are unable to remove reviews, but they can appeal to the vendor with a request to remove, for example in the case of spam

We also have the option of auto-approving reviews, which the vendor can them remove if need be

Reviews can be accepted or declined by the directory owner at any point but they cannot be deleted from the profile.
