Click on the Service Partner Directory page of the dashboard and select Filters.

To create a new filter, click on the ‘create filter’ button on the top right of the screen. Enter the title of the filter in the title bar and then add your various options that would fall under this title by clicking ‘+ Add option’. (See example below of languages).

To delete a filter, open it from the list of filters and click on ‘Delete Filter’ in the bottom left of the screen.

Filter Type

On the right-hand side of the page you can configure some additional options:

Visitors see

This controls the way in which these filter options are shown on the directory and can be swapped between dropdowns (which allows the visitor to select 1 option).

or Checkboxes (which allows for multiple options to be selected).

Partners Select

This can be set between single option and multiple options and gives your partners the option to apply either a single filter or multiple filters for their service directory. (See example below with single option language and multiple options for Ecommerce Platform)

Remember to hit save!

You can rearrange the filters by holding left click on the 6 dots and dragging and dropping them into their desired order.

Form Settings

These options are relating to the ‘matchmaking & contact forms’ (get-listed) and can be created as additional questions to further narrow down the request. In order to create an additional information field on the form, follow the same process as above and tick the ‘Visible only on matchmaking and contact forms’ option.

This option can be created as a required field by ticking the ‘Field is required on matchmaking and contact forms’ option and will display on the get-listed form with a small red star (*) next to it.
