This article is for vendors and partners. You invite colleagues, approve join requests, change roles and remove people in Settings > Team in the PartnerPage dashboard. Everyone in your organization works on the same directories and profiles; each person's role decides what they can do there.
Who can do this: Admin and Manager roles (only Admins change roles; Service provider organizations have Admin only) · Availability: all organizations
The team list
In Settings > Team, the list shows each person's User, Email, Role and Status. Use the tabs to filter it:
Active: people with an account in your organization.
Invited: people you invited who haven't joined yet.
Pending request: people who asked to join your organization and wait for approval.
Click a person to open their page. Clicking your own name opens your Profile.
Invite a team member
In Settings > Team, click Invite team member.
Enter the person's Name and Email.
If you're an Admin, pick a Role.
To invite more people at once, click Add new invitation and repeat.
Click Send invitation.
You see "Invitation sent", and the person gets an email with a link to create their account. When a Manager sends the invitation, the person gets the Manager role. In a Service provider organization the form has no role field: invited teammates join as Profile Manager, and an Admin can change the role later.
Inviting someone who already has a pending invitation sends it again. A person can belong to only one PartnerPage organization, so an email already used in another organization shows "There is already an active user with this email".
Resend or cancel an invitation
In the Invited tab, click the person.
Click Resend invite, then Resend invite again to confirm.
You see "Invite resent". To cancel the invitation instead, click Delete team member.
Approve or decline a join request
When someone signs up with an email on your company's domain, they can ask to join your organization. Admins and Managers get an email about each join request.
In the Pending request tab, click the person.
If you're an Admin in a Software company organization, pick the Role.
Click Approve request, or click Decline request and confirm.
You see "Request accepted" or "Request declined", and the person gets an email either way. Declining can't be undone. When a Manager approves a request, or in a Service provider organization, the person joins as Profile Manager.
Change someone's name or role
In Settings > Team, click the person.
Change First name, Last name or Role.
Click Save.
You see "Details saved". Only an Admin can change roles or make someone an Admin, and nobody can change their own role. To change an email address, see Change your email address or company name.
Delete a team member
In Settings > Team, click the person.
Click Delete team member.
Click Delete user to confirm.
You see "User deleted". The person can no longer log in to your organization. Deleting can't be undone in the dashboard; to bring someone back, contact PartnerPage support.
Let colleagues join automatically
Same-domain auto-join lets colleagues join your organization without an invitation. Only Admins can change it.
Go to Settings > Organization.
In Preferences, turn on "Allow anyone with a @yourcompany.com email to join your organization?".
Click Save.
You see "Changes saved". From then on, anyone who signs up with a verified email on your domain joins straight away with the Profile Manager role. Profile Managers can't open the directories your company runs, so an Admin may need to change the role. With the setting off, those people send a join request instead. Auto-join isn't available for free email domains such as gmail.com.
