To add a partner, click 'Add Partner' in the upper right corner.

Next, you will see a few options. We have a database of technology partners to choose from, if you search for your partner and it's in our database simply click on the 'Add Partner" button.

Hitting the 'Add Partner button will add the partner to your directory with some basic information on file; logo, about information, and name. You will then be able to add additional information such as partner + your company info, a video, testimonials, resources, and more.

If you don't see your partner within our database, you can either create a profile for the partner manually or you can send an invitation to a specific contact at that company. To create a partner manually, click on the 'Create Partner Manually' link.

Next add the company name, logo and about information. This will add the partner into your directory, and you will be able to add additional information after this initial screen.

If you do not see your partner in our database, and you want to invite a partner, click on 'Send an Invitation.'

You will then see the option to either copy the Get Listed link, which we will cover below, and you will also see the option to invite users directly from the app. Simply enter the company name, individual's name, and email address. You can invite multiple people from the same company, and we match their emails to the same account as long as the email is the same after the name. For example george.washington@partnerpage.io and benjamin.grankline@partnerpage.io will get matched to the same account.

The Get Listed link will always have a /get-listed after the directory link. For example, the Klaviyo technology directory is located at https://connect.klaviyo.com, and the URL to the Get Listed will look like this: https://connect.klaviyo.com/integrations/get-listed. See below.

You can simply email your partners, and send out this link to fill out.

If your partner is an existing PartnerPage user, they need to click on 'Sign in here' which sits right above the form. If your partner tries to fill out the form, and they already have an existing account the error in the screenshot below will show up. Your partner will need to click on 'click here' which will them to a sign in screen, and your company will be added to their existing PartnerPage account.

Your partner will then get a confirmation email, and they just need to hit 'Verify email,' which will take them to the PartnerPage sign in page. (https://directory.partnerpage.io)

Once your partner logs in, the dashboard will look like the screenshot below depending on how many directories the partner is listed in.

Partners will click on 'Customize your profile' to add about information, a video, a testimonial, screenshots, resources (such as PDFs and social media links), and can pick the correct categories.
