Website

  • Make sure to use a UTM link so you can track visitors from your directory profile!

Headline

  • A short summary description that appears at the top of your profile.

About

  • Tell directory visitors about your company!

You and Your Partner

  • What is the joint value proposition offered to customers by virtue of your partnership?

Logo

  • Ideal image is a PNG that is about 250 kb in size.

Media

  • The main area on your profile to showcase visuals. We recommend uploading JPGs or PNGs that reflect your product, your value proposition, and your social proofs. There are 6 media slots available - make sure to use all available slots!

Video

  • Another opportunity to showcase your product, value proposition, and social proofs. This might be a product review, video case study, customer testimonial, or content marketing piece.

Testimonial

  • Emphasize your value proposition and the problems you solve by adding a quote from a happy customer!

Use Cases

  • What are the key value adds offered by your product and partnership? There are 6 media slots available - make sure to use all available slots!

Resources

  • A useful catch-all section where you can add URLs, JPGs, PNGs and PDFs that helps to inform directory visitors about your product and partnership.

  • These might be case studies, support articles, integration guides, content marketing pieces, blog posts, etc. There are 6 media slots available - make sure to use all available slots!

  • If you link to a Resource item using a URL, you can again use a UTM link to traffic visitors from your directory profile.

Support

  • Who developed the integration, or is responsible for the partnership? Who should users contact for support?

Call to Action

  • Your profile has a call to action button. In its default state, the button captures contact requests (leads) and delivers them to your PartnerPage account.

  • You may change this button label and destination URL to a different call to action, depending on the behavior you are trying to drive. For example, the call to action button may be changed to “Book a Demo” and the URL destination set to a booking calendar. If you do this, don't forget to add a UTM link so you can track visitors from your directory profile!

Categories & Collections

  • Collections are a way to group different buckets of partners, while Categories allow you to break those partners down into more specific types.

  • Ensure the Collection & Category options you select accurately represent your offering. If you need additional Collection and/or Category options, contact your partner and request they add these to the control panel.
