A guide for using the PartnerPage get-listed link to claim your profile

Domain Matching

PartnerPage uses domain matching to identify if your email belongs to a profile already and then adds the email to that account. This is possible because all PartnerPage profiles are required to have a website added to them. (E.g. anyname@partnerpage.io will be added to the PartnerPage profile because the website is https://partnerpage.io)

It is important to ensure that a company email address is used when claiming a profile so that the domain matching can add the email address to the account.

Any generic (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, AOL etc) that is used will not be linked to an account and will result in either an error or a new (duplicate) account being created.

Using the get-listed link to claim an existing profile.

If your company has an existing profile in PartnerPage that was manually created or you need to gain access to that profile, you can simply request a get-listed link from the partner whose profile you would like to access and follow the prompts when clicking on the link.

  1. Click on the get listed link and click on get listed.

  2. Insert your email address and click continue. If you are already in the system you will get a message saying you already have an account and be asked to sign in.

  3. If you are not already linked to the account you will be asked to fill in a few pieces of information as seen below:

  4. Fill in the required items and click Create account.

  5. You will receive an email shortly to authenticate your email address and once you have verified it, you are able to log in using the details you just entered.

  6. You have successfully claimed your profile!

Using the get-listed link to claim and create a profile.

  1. Click on the get listed link and click on get listed.

  2. Insert your email address and click continue.

  3. You will be asked to insert your company and personal information. (Please note that the company name added in here cannot be changed without contacting our support team)

  4. Click Create account and follow the email verification process.

  5. Once you have verified your account you are able to log into your PartnerPage account and update your profile.

The above process will create the company profile as well as your user profile. It will also add this newly created profile to the directory of the partner that invited you to join their directory.

If you require any additional team members to be added to this account, please ensure that their email address has the same domain the website address you add into your profile. This is added in the About Us section of your profile.
