How to edit your PartnerPage profiles
When you log into PartnerPage at https://directory.partnerpage.io you will automatically be placed on the "All directory profiles" page which is where you can edit your various listings.
This is where all of your partners that have listed you will be displayed and you can go into each profile and update them. You can also sort this list by 'status' & 'completeness' on the top right of the page.

Contact Requests
When your profile is selected on your partners directory and a contact request is sent to you there will be an email notification which indicates so. Log into PartnerPage and navigate to the 'Contact Requests' page where you can see a list of all of your new and past contact requests.
When you open a contact request you will see all the information that has been entered by the potential client and from this page you can either accept or decline the request.
How to find other partner programs and apply
You can apply to join other partner programs within the PartnerPage ecosystem. Simply click on 'Find Partner Programs' and search for other softwares that you use. If you don't see a program existing in our database, and have a direct contact at a company, you can click 'Invite Partner.'
Or you can look through our database of partners, and click 'apply' if you wish to join their directory. The partners can choose to decline, or accept you as a partner so don't be discouraged if you don't hear back from them.
When you click 'apply' you are applying to that companies program, and adding them to your own directory as well. Using PartnerPage for your own technology company directory is discussed below.
How to add partners to your directory
In order to add partners to your directory you can navigate to the 'Your Directory' section which will bring up a list of directories you may have already added to your directory. To add more, click on the 'add partners' button.
Click on the 'Add partner' button in order to have them listed on your directory. You can use the search feature at the top to specifically search for the partner you would like to add and if they are not in PartnerPage you will get an option to send them an invitation.
When you click add partners, it will bring you back to the list of companies within the PartnerPage database. When you click 'apply' you are applying to that companies program, and adding them to your own directory as well. Clicking apply adds that company to your own directory in a hidden status. You can then click on each company listing and add additional information such as:
company description
how you work with the company
1 testimonial
up to 6 use cases
up to 6 resources (these can be links, social media links, website page links, etc)
and a custom CTA
categories (discussed below)
How to customize your directory & settings
Setting up categories
Click on the Your Directory tab and click on categories.
You can create a new category by clicking create category on the top right of the page and giving it a name. You can also change the order of your categories by holding the mouse button down on the 6 dots next to the category name and dragging it into the position you want. This will change the ordering on your directory and how it reflects for users.
If you open a category by clicking on it you can change the name or delete it.
Branding
Click on customizations and you will see the Logo & Branding page where you can change the following:
Primary color
Logo
Favicon
Custom Domain (Subdomain)
Click on HTML, CSS, JS to open up the page where the Navigation and hero banner can get coded in.
