Export partners, applications and reviews

Download partners, apps, contact requests, matchmaking requests, partner applications or reviews as a CSV with each list's Export button.

Written by Ali Winberry

You can download your partners, apps, contact requests, matchmaking requests, partner applications and reviews as CSV files that open in Excel, Google Sheets or any spreadsheet tool. Each of those lists in your dashboard has an Export button, and you can export the whole list or only what your search and filters show. This article is for vendors who run a directory.

Who can do this: depends on the list (see the table) · Availability: all directories; each list appears when its feature is on

Export a list

Every export works the same way. To export a list:

  1. In your directory's sidebar, open the list, for example Partners.

  2. Optionally search, filter or pick a view to narrow the list.

  3. Click Export.

  4. Choose the All option (for example All partners), or the option with the number of items "matching your current search and filters". That option is selected for you when a search or filter is applied.

  5. Click Download CSV.

You see "Export completed", and your browser saves a file named after the list and the date, such as partners_ followed by the date and .csv. The rows follow the list's current sort order.

What you can export

The following table lists the exports for your directory's lists and who can use them. Service marketplace has its own CSV exports in Projects and Reporting.

Custom form field columns are named after each field's label, so changing a field label changes the column name in later exports. See Customize your forms.

The contact requests export also includes requests sent to partners you deleted.

What you can't export

Some data has no Export button in the dashboard:

  • Deal registrations, Records, Scheduler bookings and feedback, and Reporting charts.

  • A partner's profile sections, such as badges, filters, media or testimonials, and their Partner contacts. The partners export holds the main profile fields only.

  • Anything from the partner side: partners can't export their contact requests from their workspace.

Developers can read this data, and download the same CSV exports, through the PartnerPage API with an API key. See Turn on API access and create API keys and the API reference at https://docs.partnerpage.io.

Export billing history

Account billing has its own exports in Settings > Billing: Billing history and Statement of charges each have an Export CSV button. Billing is for the Admin role. See Billing, invoices and payment methods.

Common questions

Can I export everything at once?

No single export covers everything. Export each list on its own, or ask a developer to use the PartnerPage API.

How do I export the contact requests of one partner?

In Contact requests, type the partner's name in the search box, or open Reporting and click the partner's number in Contact requests by partner to open the list filtered to that partner. Then click Export and choose the option for the requests "matching your current search and filters".

Why are some columns empty?

A column stays empty when its feature is off for your directory, for example tier without tiers or external_id without External IDs, or when the item has no value.
