When a project is submitted and matched to you, you will receive an email letting you know which looks like the screenshot below:
At this point, you can go to PartnerPage at https://directory.partnerpage.io and login. You can either enter your credentials or use Google auth in order to log in:
When you log into your account you will land on the dashboard, on the "Projects" page where you can see the list of submitted projects.
When a project is received and you log into your account, you will be able to open the project and review the details. From this screen you are able to either accept or decline the project.
**Note that accepting the project here is merely stating that the project looks like a good fit for you. The next step is to reach out to the customer and do more discovery.**
If you cannot take on the project, please click decline so the directory owner knows and they can then reassign to another partner.
If you want the project, click accept, and the project status will change to "Active" and you will be presented with some new options. From here, depending on how things go with the customer, you will want to either click lost/disqualified or secured.
When you click 'Secure', you will be asked to include the project's estimated deal value, estimated completion date, scope of work and an agreement must be uploaded.
Make sure to also update the status of the project by clicking 'Update.' Once you do this, there will be a pop up that shows the various options and stages for the project:
Once the work is done, and the customer is happy, please mark the project as 'Complete' so the directory owner knows this is done.
