Adding your intro message & booking link

In order to add the intro message to your profile, you will first need to open the messages page within your PartnerPage dashboard. This can be found here

Once you are on the messages page, you can click on the icon indicated below to add your message and booking link:

Once you click on the icon, you will be prompted with a pop up to enter the intro message, along with adding a booking link.

You are also able to name the booking link button where it says "Calendar Link Text".

You can also enable or disable the intro message from this page.

Including personalization in your message

In order to add customization to the intro message that gets pulled through from the customers details, we have added in 5 items that can be used.

  • {{customer.First_name}}

  • {{customer.Last_name}}

  • {{project.Title}}

  • {{customer.Company_name}}

  • {{tool.Name}} - (eg. Notion, Klaviyo, Zapier etc)

Please note that it is very important that these items are copied over in the identical format that you see them here. They are also case sensitive so we would recommend that you copy/paste these items into your intro message directly.

Example: Adding the customer first name and a project title into your intro message.

"Hi {{customer.First_name}}

We would love to help you with your Notion Project titled {{project.Title}}, please book a call with us using the link below.

Thanks!"

You can review your intro message by clicking on the preview button:

Once you are happy with the preview message, click the confirm button.

How it works!

Once you are matched with a new potential customer, the intro message, along with the calendar link will automatically be sent to the prospect.
