A partner profile is made of sections, shown as cards in the profile editor, that partners and vendors fill in. This reference lists every section, whether it's on for every directory or turned on by request, how many items it holds, and who fills it in. It applies to vendors and partners.

Profile sections and their limits
The following table lists each partner profile section, when it is on, its limit, and who fills it in. "On request" means the vendor asks PartnerPage support to turn the section on for their directory; a partner only sees the sections the vendor's directory has on.

Lists the vendor manages
Badges, callouts, certifications and verifications are lists the vendor creates first, under Badges, Callouts, Certifications and Verifications in the directory's sidebar. A directory can have up to 100 badges, 50 callouts, 20 certifications and 20 verifications. Partners pick from those lists on their profile unless the vendor locks the field.
Fields only the vendor can change
Some partner profile settings are always the vendor's: Profile settings (Status, Tier, Featured, Internal directory), the External ID (100 characters, available on request) and Partner contacts. Vendors can also lock any profile field so partners can't change it: the partner then sees "Managed by directory owner" next to it. Locking fields is available on request; see Lock profile fields so partners can't edit them.
Internal directory sections
Directories with an internal directory, available on request, have extra sections that only the vendor fills in and only the vendor's own team sees: Internal About, Internal CTAs, internal media (9), internal logos (5), internal use cases (6), internal testimonials (1), internal resources (6), and industry (15) and segment (10) certifications.
Common questions
How many media items can I add to a profile?
A partner profile can hold up to 9 media items. Each media item is an image or PDF file (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, PDF or SVG, up to 4 MB) or a video link.
How many testimonials can a profile have?
A partner profile can have 1 testimonial. The Testimonials card stops at one, for the partner and for the vendor.
Why don't I see a section, such as Testimonials or Media, on my profile?
Most profile sections are switched on per directory. If a section is missing, it isn't on for that directory. Partners can ask the directory owner (the vendor); vendors can contact PartnerPage support to turn the section on.
How long can a profile description be?
A partner profile description can be up to 2,500 characters. Some directories set a lower limit, and the editor shows the limit for that directory.
Why can't I change a field on my profile?
A field marked "Managed by directory owner" is locked by the vendor that runs the directory. Only the vendor can change it, so ask them.
