This article is for partners. You edit your company's profile in a vendor's directory from Your public profiles in the PartnerPage dashboard. Each directory you are listed in has its own profile.
Who can do this: Admin, Manager and Profile Manager roles (Members can only view) · Availability: all directories; the cards you see depend on the directory
Edit and save your profile
Log in at https://directory.partnerpage.io.
In Your public profiles, click the row for the directory.
In the sidebar, click Profile.
Change any field. The Unsaved changes bar appears at the top.
Click Save.
You see "Partner profile saved". In list cards such as Media or Badges, each item saves on its own with the Save button in the card. In directories that review every change, saved changes wait in a draft until the directory owner approves them. See Submit your profile for review.
Which cards your profile has
Every profile has the About card, where Name, Headline (up to 250 characters), Description, Company website and Logo are required, plus the Resources and Filters cards. Every other card, such as Media or Testimonials, appears only when the directory owner has it switched on, so profiles in different directories can differ. If a card is missing, ask the directory owner whether they offer it. For every card and its limits, see Profile sections and limits.
Fields you can't edit
A field or card marked Managed by directory owner with a lock icon is controlled by the directory owner: ask them to change it.
The status badge next to your profile name (Public, Searchable, Hidden or Inactive) is also set only by the directory owner. See Why is my profile hidden?.
If nothing on the page can be edited, either your role only allows viewing, or your changes are waiting for review and the page says it is pending review.
Add badges, certifications, verifications and callouts
Badges, certifications, verifications and callouts come from lists the directory owner creates. To add one to your profile:
In the card, click Add badge (or Add certification, Add verification, Add callout).
Select one from the directory owner's list. For a certification, also enter the Quantity.
Click Save in the card.
If the card says "No selectable badges" (or similar), the directory owner hasn't created any you can pick. If the card shows Managed by directory owner, send the directory owner your proof, such as a certificate, and ask them to add it. Awards and Accreditations are your own entries, so you add the details yourself.
See your profile as visitors do
To see your profile as visitors do, click View public profile in the sidebar. A Public or Searchable profile opens on the directory. A Hidden or Inactive profile opens as a preview, which isn't listed in the directory but opens for anyone with its link.
