This article explains what a partner can and can't remove in PartnerPage: your profile (listing) in a vendor's directory, your place in a directory, a teammate, and the emails you receive. It is for partners.
Who can do this: removing a teammate needs the Admin role (or Manager in a Software company) · Availability: all directories
Remove your profile or leave a directory
You can't delete, deactivate or hide your own profile, and you can't leave a directory from the dashboard. Only the directory owner, the company that runs the directory, can do that. Contact the directory owner and ask them to:
set your profile to Inactive or Hidden, so visitors no longer see it, or
delete your profile from their directory.
The Partner column in Your public profiles shows which company runs each directory. If you are listed in several directories, ask each directory owner separately: removing one profile doesn't affect the others.
Remove a teammate from your company account
When someone leaves your company, remove them so they can no longer log in to your profiles.
In Settings > Team, click the person's name.
Click Delete team member.
Click Delete user to confirm.
You see "User deleted". This can't be undone. To cancel an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet, open it from the Invited tab and click Delete team member the same way.
Leave your company account or delete your PartnerPage account
There is no button to leave your company account or delete your own login. Ask your company's Admin to delete you in Settings > Team. To delete your PartnerPage account completely, contact PartnerPage support.
Stop receiving contact request emails
You can't switch contact request emails off yourself. They go to everyone at your company whose role can open contact requests or, if the directory owner has picked specific people for your profile (its Partner contacts list), only to those people. To stop them:
ask the directory owner to remove you from your profile's Partner contacts list, or
ask your company's Admin to remove you from the team, or to give you a role that can't open contact requests.
Stop invitation emails
If you keep getting an invitation to claim a profile that you don't want, ask the directory owner to remove the invitation. After that, the invitation link no longer works.
