Reporting in your directory's sidebar charts the contact requests and matchmaking requests your directory receives, by period, partner and project status. Analytics opens visitor statistics for your public directory. This article is for vendors who run a directory.
Who can do this: Admin and Manager roles · Availability: Reporting appears in directories with contact requests or matchmaking requests (available on request). Analytics appears once PartnerPage support has set it up for your directory.
What Reporting shows
Pick a period at the top right: Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, or Custom range with a Starting and Ending date up to two years apart. Reporting then shows:
Request volume over time: contact requests and matchmaking requests per day (periods up to 30 days), per week (up to 90 days) or per month (longer).
Quarter-over-quarter comparison: the same requests by calendar quarter.
Contact requests by project status: how many requests from the period are at each project status today, including Not set. Shown in directories that track project status. See Track project status on contact requests.
Contact requests by partner: a table with each partner's Total and their requests by status (Pending, Accepted, Declined, Closed) and project status. Click a column heading to sort. Partners you deleted still appear, with a Deleted badge.
Contact requests by routing source: shown when your integration sends contact requests through the API with a routing source.
In directories that track project status, the Project status filter at the top limits the contact request counts to the statuses you pick. Matchmaking requests aren't affected.
Reporting counts contact requests and matchmaking requests only. Deal registrations, partner applications and reviews have their own lists in the sidebar.
Open the requests behind a number
Click a bar in a chart or a number in a table to open Contact requests or Matchmaking requests, filtered to the same dates and, for the tables, the same partner, status or project status. From there you can open each request or export the filtered list. See Oversee contact requests.
Analytics: visitors to your directory
Analytics in the sidebar opens a page with visitor statistics for your public directory, such as visits and the pages people view. The page opens on Umami, the analytics service PartnerPage uses. If your directory also has an internal directory for your own team, the sidebar shows two items instead: Public analytics and Internal analytics.
PartnerPage support sets Analytics up for each directory. If you don't see Analytics in the sidebar, contact PartnerPage support.
Where a contact request came from: UTM tags
When a visitor reaches your directory through a link with UTM tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), PartnerPage keeps them for that browser session and saves them with any contact request or matchmaking request the visitor sends. To see them, export the requests: the CSV file from Contact requests or Matchmaking requests has one column per UTM tag. See Track where requests come from with UTM links.
Common questions
Can partners see analytics for their own profile?
Partners see an Analytics item in their workspace when PartnerPage support has set up statistics for their profile. Partners don't see Reporting.
Can I add Google Analytics to my directory?
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager aren't built in. Add your own tracking script in Customizations > CSS and JS.
How far back can Reporting go?
A custom range can cover up to two years (731 days) at a time. To compare longer periods, run Reporting more than once or export the requests.
