Vendors and partners log in to the same PartnerPage dashboard at https://directory.partnerpage.io. You can sign in with your email and password, with a Google account, or through single sign-on (SSO) if your company or your directory owner uses it.
Who can do this: anyone with a PartnerPage account · Availability: all directories
Visitors who browse a partner directory don't need an account. Only the teams that run a directory and the partners listed in it log in.
Log in with your email and password
To log in to the PartnerPage dashboard with your email and password:
Enter your Email address and click Continue.
Enter your password.
The PartnerPage dashboard opens.
Log in with Google
To log in to PartnerPage with Google, click Continue with Google on the login page and choose the Google account that uses the same email address as your PartnerPage account. PartnerPage identifies you by email, so a Google account with a different email address opens a different PartnerPage account.
Log in with single sign-on (SSO)
If your company uses single sign-on, log in to PartnerPage the way your company set up, usually through your company's sign-in page or a link from your directory owner. Your directory owner or your IT team can confirm which one to use.
Partners of a directory that uses partner SSO sign in through the directory owner's identity provider and land on their partner profile. PartnerPage sets up every SSO connection. See Set up single sign-on (SSO).
Reset or change your password
To reset a forgotten PartnerPage password, enter your Email address on the login page and click Continue. Then use the link on the login page to reset your password, and follow the link in the email you receive.
To change your PartnerPage password while you're logged in:
Open the user menu and click Profile.
On the Password card, click Update password.
Enter your Current password, a New password and Confirm new password.
Click Save password.
The Password card appears only when your account has an email-and-password login. If you sign in only with Google or SSO, there is no PartnerPage password to change: change it with Google or your company's IT team.
Your first login
The first time you log in, PartnerPage asks for anything your account is missing:
Check your inbox! Click the link in the verification email PartnerPage sent you. Click Resend verification to get another one. SSO logins skip this step.
Your First name and Last name. Click Confirm and submit.
Your company. If PartnerPage finds your company's account, the Join an existing organization screen lists it: click Join organization to join colleagues who already use PartnerPage, or Create a new organization. Otherwise fill in Set up your company to create your organization. A request to join shows Your request is being processed! until an Admin at your company (or a Manager, in a Software company) approves it.
Troubleshooting
PartnerPage doesn't recognize my email
When PartnerPage doesn't recognize your email at login, the most common causes are:
You use another address with PartnerPage. Try your other address, such as your work email instead of a personal one.
You signed up with Google. Click Continue with Google instead of entering a password.
You were invited but haven't accepted yet. Open the invitation email and use its link. Your account is created when you accept.
You don't have an account yet. Click Sign up on the login page. If colleagues already use PartnerPage, ask an Admin to invite you from Settings > Team so you join the right organization.
The dashboard keeps showing "Check your inbox!"
The Check your inbox! screen stays until you click the link in the verification email. Check your spam folder, click Resend verification, and make sure the email address shown on the screen is one you can read. If you logged in with the wrong account, click Log out and log in again.
I need to log in with a different email address
The email address of a PartnerPage account can't be edited. See Change your email address or company name.
