This article helps partners fix common problems with logging in, invitations, contact request emails and editing a profile in a vendor's directory, most likely cause first.

Who can do this: anyone on a partner's team · Availability: all directories

I can't log in

If you can't log in to the partner dashboard at https://directory.partnerpage.io, check these in order:

  1. Use the sign-in method and email you signed up with. A Google sign-up has no PartnerPage password, so sign in with Google. If you forgot your password, use the link on the login page to reset your password.

  2. Verify your email. If you see Check your inbox!, click the link in the email PartnerPage sent you (check spam), or click Resend verification.

  3. Wait for approval. Your request is being processed! means an Admin at your company (or a Manager, in a Software company) must approve you in Settings > Team.

  4. Use single sign-on if your directory owner offers it. Sign in the way your company set up, usually through your company's sign-in page or a link from your directory owner. Your directory owner or IT team can confirm.

My invitation link doesn't work

The following table lists the messages an invitation link can show and what to do.

Message

What to do

Invitation unavailable

Sign in with the email the invitation was sent to. If it still fails, ask the directory owner for a new invitation.

This profile already has an owner

Another company accepted first. If it was a colleague, ask them to add you in Settings > Team. Otherwise, contact the directory owner.

Invite already completed

Open the profile from Your public profiles.

Permission denied, Invite not found or Unable to accept invite

Ask the directory owner for a new invitation.

I can log in but don't see my profile

If the directory owner has picked specific people for your profile (its Partner contacts list), only they see it: ask the directory owner to add you. If you signed up with a personal email such as gmail.com, you may be in a separate company account: log in with your company email instead.

I don't get contact request emails

  1. Your role can't open contact requests. Only the Admin, Manager and Profile Manager roles get them. Ask your company's Admin to change your role.

  2. You aren't on the profile's Partner contacts list. Ask the directory owner to add you.

  3. The emails go to spam. Mark PartnerPage emails as safe.

  4. The directory doesn't use contact requests. Your profile's sidebar then has no Contact requests item.

A field is locked

  1. The field shows Managed by directory owner. Only the directory owner can change it, so ask them.

  2. The whole profile says it is pending review. Your changes are waiting for approval. See Submit your profile for review.

  3. Nothing can be edited and there is no banner. Your role can only view. Ask your company's Admin for a role that can edit.

My changes don't show

  1. You didn't save. Click Save in the Unsaved changes bar.

  2. Your changes are waiting for approval. In some directories, edits go live only when the directory owner approves them.

  3. Your profile isn't listed. See Why is my profile hidden?.

  4. You edited another directory's profile. Check the directory name in Your public profiles.
