This article is for vendors and partners. You choose which PartnerPage emails you get on the Notifications page: click your name in the top bar, then Notifications. Each person sets their own emails, per directory.
Who can do this: Admin, Manager and Member roles in vendor and Software company organizations · Availability: all directories
Change your email notifications
Click your name in the top bar, then click Notifications. If you're inside a profile's workspace, go back to Your public profiles first: the workspace has no user menu.
Check the emails you want and uncheck the ones you don't. All notifications, at the top, checks or unchecks everything on the page.
Click Save.
You see "Changes saved". Every email starts switched on, except for the Member role (see "Who sees the Notifications page").
Emails you can switch off
The General card holds PartnerPage marketing and products updates. To stop PartnerPage marketing emails, use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
Below it, each directory your organization runs has its own card, named after the directory. The following table lists the switches on a directory card.
Switch | Shown when the directory has | Emails it covers |
New contact form submissions | Contact requests | Each new contact request to a partner |
New matchmaking form submissions | Matchmaking requests | Each new matchmaking request |
New get listed form submissions | Always shown | Each company that signs up through Get Listed, and each self-listed profile that's ready for review |
New partner reviews | Reviews | Each review a visitor submits |
Partner profile edits awaiting review | Profile approval | Each set of profile changes a partner submits for review |
If your organization also has an older-style directory, you may see cards named Service partner directory, Technology partner directory or Services marketplace. Their switches work the same way.
Emails you can't switch off
Some PartnerPage emails have no switch:
Team emails, such as invitations and join requests.
New deal registrations, which go to everyone on your team who can view deal registrations.
Every email to partners, including contact requests, matchmaking requests assigned to them and deal registration decisions.
PartnerPage sends no email when a partner application arrives, so check Partner applications in your directory.
Partners can't switch off contact request emails. Each contact request goes to the people at the partner whose role can open contact requests, or only to the people on the vendor's Partner contacts list for that profile when the vendor has picked them. To add or remove someone, ask the directory owner. See Respond to contact requests.
For every email PartnerPage sends and who gets it, see Who gets which email.
Who sees the Notifications page
Vendors and Software company partners: the Admin, Manager and Member roles. Branding and Profile Manager don't have a Notifications page, but they can still get directory emails: an Admin or Manager changes them in Settings > Team (see "Change a teammate's emails").
Service provider organizations: no one has a Notifications page.
Partner companies without a directory of their own see only the General card.
Members: PartnerPage switches off all directory emails for the Member role. A Member can switch them back on in Notifications, but they switch off again whenever the Member's account details are saved, for example after a name or role change.
Change a teammate's emails
Admins and Managers can change a teammate's emails.
In Settings > Team, click the person.
In the Notifications card, click Edit.
Change the switches and click Save.
