PartnerPage emails vendors, partners and, for scheduled calls, visitors when something happens in a directory. This article lists each email, who receives it, and whether they can switch it off. It is for everyone who uses PartnerPage.
Who can do this: each vendor team member changes their own settings in Notifications in the user menu; Admins and Managers can change a teammate's · Availability: all directories. Each email exists only where its feature is on.
Emails about requests and deals
The following table lists the emails about contact requests, matchmaking requests, deal registrations and reviews. "Your team" means the people in your company who use the PartnerPage dashboard. "The partner's contacts" means the people at the partner who receive contact requests: everyone at the partner whose role can open contact requests, or only the people in the profile's Partner contacts list once you pick them.

Emails about scheduled calls
In directories with the Scheduler (available on request), PartnerPage emails the visitor who booked and the partner's participants when a call is booked, rescheduled or cancelled, and sends the visitor reminders before the call. Where post-call feedback is on, the partner and the visitor each get a feedback form after the call. By default, these are the only emails visitors receive from PartnerPage.
Emails PartnerPage doesn't send
PartnerPage sends no email when:
a partner accepts or declines a contact request
a contact request becomes Stale (check the Stale view in Contact requests)
anyone changes a contact request's project status
you close a matchmaking request
a company submits a partner application (check Partner applications)
you decline a partner application
a review is published on a partner's profile
a profile is published for the first time, or a partner accepts an invitation
a visitor sends a contact request, matchmaking request, application or review: visitors see a "Thank you!" page and get no confirmation email
Choose which emails you get
Open the user menu and click Notifications.
Untick the emails you don't want. Each of your directories has its own card, and All notifications switches everything on or off at once.
Click Save. You see "Changes saved".
Settings save per directory, and everything is on until you change it, except for the Member role: PartnerPage switches off a Member's directory emails. A Member can switch them back on, but they switch off again whenever the Member's account details are saved, for example after a name or role change. A card shows only the settings for features that directory has: for example, New partner reviews appears only where reviews are on.
To change a teammate's settings, go to Settings > Team, open the person, click Edit on the Notifications card, change the settings and click Save. Team members with the Branding or Profile Manager role have no Notifications page, so an Admin or Manager changes their settings this way.
Partners: who gets contact request emails
Partners can't switch off contact request emails. Two things decide who at a partner gets them: the person's role (it must be able to open contact requests) and the profile's Partner contacts list, which the vendor manages. To stop the emails for someone, the vendor removes them from Partner contacts. See Choose who at a partner can edit the profile and receive contact requests.
Deal registration emails go to everyone in the partner's organization.
Sender and wording
PartnerPage sends these emails from its own address and wording. You can't change the sender name, reply-to address or text in the dashboard. Some directories use customized versions set up by PartnerPage: contact PartnerPage support to ask about one.
