Featured partners appear in a carousel at the top of your directory's home page, above the full partner list. You choose them with the Featured setting on each partner's page in Partners. This article is for vendors who run a directory.

Feature a partner
The Featured setting is in the Profile settings card of each partner. To feature a partner:
In your directory's sidebar, click Partners, then the partner's name.
In Profile settings, set Featured to Yes.
Click Save in the Unsaved changes bar.
The partner's page shows a Featured badge, and the Partners list shows Yes in its Featured column. You can also set Featured when you add a partner. To stop featuring a partner, set Featured to No and save.
Apps can be featured the same way, from Profile settings on the app's page in Apps.
How the Featured section works
The Featured section on your directory's home page follows these rules:
Only Public profiles appear. A featured partner shows in the carousel only while its Status is Public. Featured partners that are Searchable, Hidden or Inactive never appear there.
Placement. The Featured section sits near the top of the directory's home page, below your hero sections and above the full partner list. Featured partners also stay in the full list.
Order and size. Featured partners show in random order. The carousel shows one card at a time on phones and up to four on wide screens, with arrows to move through the rest.
How many. You can mark as many partners as you like, but the carousel shows at most 60 of them.
Empty section. When no Public partner is featured, the Featured section doesn't show.
Change the Featured section's title and background
The title and background of the Featured section are set in Branding and layout. To change them:
In your directory's sidebar, click Customizations, then Branding and layout.
With the Directory page selected, open the Layout tab and click Featured section.
Change the Title (default "Featured partners", up to 100 characters) or the Background.
Click Save.
Changing the Featured section's title needs the Admin role. See Change page layouts and sections.
Common questions
Why isn't my featured partner showing?
A featured partner shows on your directory only when all of these are true: its Featured setting is Yes and saved, its Status is Public, and the Featured section isn't hidden by an embed. Check the status first: a Searchable partner never appears in the Featured section. See Partner profile statuses: Public, Searchable, Hidden, Inactive.
How many partners can I feature?
There's no limit on how many partners you mark as Featured. The carousel on your directory shows up to 60 of them, in random order.
Can I hide the Featured section when I embed my directory?
Yes. The directory widget has an option to hide the Featured section on your website. See Embed your directory on your website.
I don't see the Featured setting. Why?
The Featured setting appears only when Featured partners is on for your directory, and only to the Admin and Manager roles. Contact PartnerPage support to turn it on.
