This article is for partners. A specific, complete profile helps visitors to a vendor's directory find you and decide to contact you. You edit your profile in Your public profiles: click the directory's row, then Profile.
Who can do this: Admin, Manager and Profile Manager roles · Availability: all directories; the cards you see depend on the directory, and Fill with AI is available on request (ask the directory owner)
Tips for each card
Logo: upload a clear logo (JPG, PNG, SVG, WEBP or GIF). If you see Square logo, add a square version too.
Headline (up to 250 characters): say who you help and how, for example "Cloud migration partner for mid-size retailers", not "a leading full-service agency".
Description: cover who you serve, the problems you solve, your core services and the results customers can expect, in the words customers search for. Add UTM parameters to your links to track visits from the directory.
Filters: pick every service, region and language that's true for you, and only those. Visitors filter by them, and a Searchable profile appears only when a visitor searches or uses a filter.
Media (up to 9): use every slot for images, PDFs or video links that show your positioning, a customer result, your work and your team. Landscape images up to 1200 px wide and 4 MB work best.
Case studies (up to 3): give each a clear title, a short result, an image and a link to the full story.
Testimonials: add a quote from a happy customer with their name, position and company. The editor takes one testimonial.
Certifications: add every certification you hold from the directory owner's list, with its Quantity.

Draft your headline and description with Fill with AI
In the About card, click Fill with AI.
Enter Your website and click Next. PartnerPage generates the headline and description.
Review and edit the Headline and Description.
Click Fill. The text goes into the About card.
Click Save.
Fill with AI is greyed out when the directory owner manages both the headline and the description, or while your changes wait for review. If the directory owner manages only one of them, Fill with AI fills only the other.
Check your profile before you finish
Click View public profile and check:
Can a visitor tell who you help within 10 seconds?
Does every image show your real work?
Are your links up to date?
Is every card the directory offers filled in?
