When a partner signs up through your Get Listed link, PartnerPage creates a Hidden profile for them. This article shows vendors how to find those profiles in Partners, check them and publish them.

Who can do this: Admin and Manager roles · Availability: all directories

How Get Listed profiles reach you

A partner who uses your Get Listed link goes through these steps before their profile reaches you:

  1. The partner fills in the Get Listed form, verifies their email and sets up their company.

  2. PartnerPage creates a Hidden profile named after their company. Your team gets an email about the signup.

  3. The partner fills in their profile and clicks Submit for review. The profile stays Hidden, and the partner can keep editing it.

  4. The profile gets a Ready for review label in Partners, and your team gets an email saying the profile is ready for review.

  5. You check the profile and set its status to Public or Searchable.

Both Get Listed emails go to people on your team who have New get listed form submissions switched on in their notifications.

Review and publish a Get Listed profile

To publish a profile that a partner submitted through Get Listed:

  1. In Partners, click the Ready for review view.

  2. Click the partner's name.

  3. Click Preview profile to see the page as visitors will see it.

  4. Optionally, fix or add anything on the partner's page yourself.

  5. In Profile settings, set Status to Public (or Searchable, to show the profile only in search and filter results).

  6. Click Save.

The profile is listed in your directory and the Ready for review label goes away. Tell the partner that their profile is live: PartnerPage doesn't email them when you publish.

Saving the partner's page counts as your decision, even if you leave Status on Hidden: the Ready for review label goes away. To come back to a profile later, find it in the Hidden view.

Publish a Get Listed profile the partner hasn't submitted

You don't have to wait for Submit for review to publish a Get Listed profile. Profiles whose partner never submitted them stay in the Hidden view of Partners. Open the profile, set Status in Profile settings and click Save. Some older Get Listed profiles never show the Ready for review label; look for them in the Hidden view too.

Get Listed profiles when profile approval is on

Profile approval is available on request. When profile approval is on, the partner's Submit for review sends their draft changes to you instead, and Partners shows a Pending review view instead of Ready for review. A Get Listed profile with a submitted draft still carries the Ready for review label. To publish it:

  1. Open the profile from the Pending review view.

  2. In the banner This profile has pending changes for review, click Review changes, then Accept.

  3. In Profile settings, set Status to Public and click Save.

Accept the changes before you publish. Until you accept them, visitors would see only the profile's last approved version, which for a Get Listed profile is little more than the company name. See Approve partner profile changes.

What the partner sees

After the partner submits a Get Listed profile, their profile header shows Hidden and Ready for review, with the banner "Waiting for your company to review. It stays hidden until they publish it. You can keep editing." When you publish, the badge in their header changes to Public or Searchable.

What you can't do

  • You can't publish several Get Listed profiles at once from the Partners list: set each partner's status on their own page.

  • Profiles you added yourself, or created by sending an invitation, never show Ready for review. Publish them from the Hidden view.

Common questions

Why don't I see the Ready for review view in Partners?

The Ready for review view appears only when profile approval is off. When profile approval is on, use the Pending review view; Get Listed profiles that were submitted carry the Ready for review label in the Status column.

Does publishing a Get Listed profile send the partner an email?

No. Publishing a Get Listed profile doesn't email the partner, so let them know yourself.
