Customizations > Configuration holds the directory-wide settings you change yourself: the directory's name, how partners are sorted, whether partners can send contact requests to their own tools, your privacy and terms links, a legal disclaimer for profiles, instructions for Fill with AI, and the list of blocked senders. This reference covers every card on the page. It is for vendors.

Who can do this: Admin role (only Admins see Configuration) · Availability: all directories; some cards appear only when PartnerPage support has turned on their feature (see the table)

Every card except Blocked senders has its own Save button. After you save a card, you see "Changes saved".

Directory name

The Directory name card sets the name of the directory, up to 100 characters. The directory name shows in All directories, as the title in browser tabs and search results (unless PartnerPage has set a separate search title for you), and on the Get Listed page ("Get listed on the ..."). Changing the directory name doesn't change the directory's address or text you already set in Customizations > Branding and layout, such as the heading of the first section.

Directory sorting

The Directory sorting card sets the order partners appear in when a visitor opens the directory, with Set default sort. When the recommended sort is on, the card also links to Change recommended sort order. See Choose how partners are sorted.

Partner lead delivery

The Partner lead delivery card decides whether partners in your directory can send the contact requests they receive to their own CRM or automation tool through their Lead webhook. Partner lead delivery is on for every directory to start with. When you switch it off and click Save, partners' webhooks stop receiving contact requests from this directory; partners still get contact request emails and see the requests in their dashboard. Partners set up their webhook as described in Send new leads to your own tools with a webhook.

URLs (privacy policy and terms of service)

The URLs card stores the addresses of your Privacy policy page and Terms of service page, up to 255 characters each.

The public directory and its forms don't show these two links. To give visitors your privacy policy and terms, add them as links in your directory's footer (Customizations > Branding and layout > Layout > Footer), and, where you use custom forms, in a Consent field or Custom content block on each form. See Change page layouts and sections and Customize your forms.

AI fill profile prompt

The AI fill profile prompt card holds your own instructions, up to 2,500 characters, for Fill with AI, which drafts a partner's headline and description from the partner's website. PartnerPage adds your instructions to every Fill with AI draft in this directory, whether your team or a partner starts it. Use the prompt for tone, length or words to avoid, for example "Write in American English and keep the headline under 60 characters." The card appears only when Fill with AI is on for your team, which is available on request.

Profile disclaimer

The Profile disclaimer card sets Legal text in profile details page: formatted text, up to 2,000 characters, shown at the bottom of every partner profile page in your directory. Use the profile disclaimer for text such as "Partners are independent companies. Acme doesn't guarantee their services." The card appears only when the profile disclaimer is on for your directory, which is available on request. Leave the text empty to show no disclaimer.

Blocked senders

The Blocked senders card lists the email addresses you blocked. PartnerPage doesn't create contact or matchmaking requests from a blocked address, and the sender isn't told. Each row shows who blocked the address and when.

To unblock a sender, click the X next to the address, then click Unblock sender. You see "Sender unblocked". To block a sender, open one of their requests: see Block spam senders.
