Most features in a PartnerPage directory are switched on by PartnerPage support, directory by directory, rather than by you in the dashboard. This reference lists those features, what each one does, the few settings you change yourself, and what your plan unlocks. It is for vendors.
Who can do this: anyone at your company can ask; an Admin is best placed to confirm changes · Availability: all directories
How to ask for a feature
To turn on a feature listed in this article, contact PartnerPage support through the chat in your dashboard or at support.partnerpage.io. Tell support:
Which directory, by its name or address.
Which feature you want, using the name in this article.
Any choices the feature needs, such as the languages for translations.
When support turns a feature on, its menu item, card or setting appears in your dashboard, for example Tiers in the sidebar. A menu item you don't see usually means the feature is off for that directory.

On by default
The following features start switched on in every directory. Contact PartnerPage support to switch one off:
Partner applications (Partner applications and the application form).
Use cases on profiles.
The Visit website link on profiles.
The partner's description on listing cards (instead of the headline).
The URLs card (privacy policy and terms links) in Configuration.
The Customizations > URLs page.
Search engine indexing of the directory.
The PartnerPage bar at the bottom of the directory.
Settings you change yourself
A few directory settings are yours to change in the dashboard, without support:
In Customizations > Configuration: the directory name, the default sort, Partner lead delivery, your privacy policy and terms of service links, the profile disclaimer text, the Fill with AI prompt and blocked senders. See Directory settings in Configuration.
In Customizations > URLs: your custom domain or reverse proxy. See Use your own domain for your directory.
In Customizations > Branding and layout and CSS and JS: your colors, logos, page sections and custom code. See Brand your directory.
In Settings > Developers: API access for your company. See Turn on API access and create API keys.
What your plan unlocks
Your directory's plan (Free, Growth or Enterprise, shown in the Plan column of All directories) unlocks design features only:
Feature | Plans |
Theme tab in Branding and layout (detailed colors and fonts) | Growth, Enterprise |
Second section and Last section on the directory page, and turning sections on or off or changing their type | Growth, Enterprise |
Custom CSS in CSS and JS | Growth, Enterprise and older Free directories |
Every other feature in this article depends on whether support has switched it on, not on your plan. If you changed your plan and you still don't see the Theme tab, contact PartnerPage support. See Change or cancel your plan.
