These are the changes to PartnerPage released from 1 to 15 October 2026, for vendors, partners and developers. This article is updated at the end of the month. Features marked "available on request" are switched on per directory by PartnerPage support.

Applies to: vendors, partners and developers · Availability: all directories unless an item says otherwise

Highlights

  • Choose who works each partner profile. On a partner's page, Partner contacts sets who at the partner can edit the profile and gets its contact request emails. You can resend, copy or cancel a pending invitation. See Choose who at a partner can edit the profile and receive contact requests.

  • Partners reply to reviews. Partners can reply publicly to the reviews on their profile. See Reply to reviews.

  • More ways to handle contact requests. Pending contact requests with no partner activity for 3 days are flagged Stale. Directory owners can reassign or duplicate a contact request, close an accepted one and choose whether to let the partner know, and block a spam sender and clear their requests. See Reassign, close or duplicate a contact request and Block spam senders.

  • Read-only API keys. Create an API key that reads your data through the API but can't change anything. See Turn on API access and create API keys.

  • Landing pages. Build your own pages, such as "Become a partner", at your directory's address. Available on request. See Create landing pages.

Partner profiles

  • Partners who list themselves through Get Listed tell you when their profile is ready with Submit for review. See Submit your profile for review.

  • A partner profile can carry up to 10 badges.

  • Locations are added from one search box: type a few letters of a city, state or country and pick it from the list. A partner can list a whole state or country, the first location is the main one, and two cities with the same name get separate filter options.

  • Profiles can carry logos made for dark backgrounds, Logo (dark background) and Square logo (dark background), which the API returns for custom front ends. Available on request.

  • Partners can add an embed from another site, such as a product catalog, as its own section on their profile. Available on request. See Let partners add an embedded widget to their profile.

  • Testimonials can be up to 2,000 characters.

  • Image uploads accept GIF files, and logos uploaded as SVG stay sharp at any size.

  • In the partner's editor, each field the directory owner locked shows its own lock.

  • Directory owners can change a partner's tier, status or featured setting before the profile is complete, even while the invitation is pending.

  • A profile's address stays the same when the profile is renamed.

  • A filter shown in the main column of a profile is headed by the filter's name.

  • Deal registration opens only for partners who have claimed their profile. See Review deal registrations.

Your directory

  • Add a short line and a link under the filters on your directory page, such as "Can't find the right integration? Request an integration", in the Request link card of Branding and layout. See Change page layouts and sections.

  • If your own website shows your partners through the API, PartnerPage support can switch off the directory pages PartnerPage hosts. Get Listed, the partner application form and partners' deal registration links keep working; profiles and the contact, review and matchmaking forms switch off with the rest. Available on request.

  • Customizations > URLs explains why a custom domain is refused, and a domain removed from one of your directories can be used for another of your directories.

Team and sign-in

  • People join your organization automatically by email domain only when their email is verified and joining by domain is switched on.

  • Only Admins can give someone the Admin role.

  • Someone who asks to join an organization that has no admin yet to approve them is told why and can create their own organization instead of waiting.

Webhooks and API

  • Contact request and matchmaking request exports include UTM columns. See Track where requests come from with UTM links.

  • The event data samples on webhook screens use made-up companies, people and links, and the webhook screens link to the webhook guides.

  • Looking up a deleted partner through the API returns "not found" instead of an error.

  • Bulk partner updates through the API can set a partner's tier and certifications, and replace the options of one filter without touching the partner's other filters.

  • A webhook event fires when what visitors see on a partner's profile changes: partner edits you approve, edits your team makes, and a partner being published, hidden or removed. Available on request.

Dashboard

  • Partners see Accept and Decline at the top of a pending contact request.

  • Upload tiles show Replace and Remove under the preview.

  • Numbers in lists line up from row to row, and on phones a page's main column shows before its side column.
