These are the changes to PartnerPage released in September 2026, for vendors, partners and developers. Features marked "available on request" are switched on per directory by PartnerPage support.
Applies to: vendors, partners and developers · Availability: all directories unless an item says otherwise
Highlights
Deal registrations. Partners register the deals they bring you, from their profile's workspace or through a public link that needs no login, and you approve or decline each one. You can brand the public deal registration form. Available on request. See Review deal registrations and Register a deal.
Salesforce connection. Connect your Salesforce org to your directory in Customizations > Integrations. Available on request. See Connect Salesforce.
Follow up on contact requests. Directory owners can send a partner a reminder about a pending contact request, ask for an update on an accepted one, or close a pending request. See Oversee contact requests.
Reporting by partner. Reporting has a table of contact requests per partner, and any number opens the requests behind it. See Reporting and analytics.
Lead webhook for partners. Partners can send each new contact request to their own tools with a webhook. Directory owners can switch this off in Partner lead delivery. See Send contact requests to your own tools with the Lead webhook.
Contact requests and matchmaking
A contact request's timeline lists the emails PartnerPage sent about it, and the request shows when the partner first viewed it.
Comments on a contact request say who can see them.
On hold is a project status, and any project status can change to any other, including from Secured. Contact requests and Reporting can be filtered by project status. See Track project status on contact requests.
Contact requests that your integration creates through the API can carry a routing source, which you can see, filter by and report on.
Profile Managers at a partner can open and work on the contact requests they're emailed about.
Directory owners can close and reopen matchmaking requests. See Handle matchmaking requests.
The contact form accepts up to 5 requests from the same email address per directory in 24 hours, and keeps what the visitor typed when the limit is reached. See Block spam senders.
Profiles and design
Directory owners can change the order of sections on partner profiles. Available on request.
A filter can show in the main column of partner profiles with Show in main content. See Set up search filters.
A profile's call-to-action address can include the partner's details as placeholders. See Passing partner details to your own form with CTA URL placeholders.
The logo in the default navigation bar can link to any address with Logo URL, and the expert cards in the service partners hero take your own images. See Change page layouts and sections.
The matchmaking and partner application thank-you pages have their own title, message and optional return link in Branding and layout.
When a profile has been offered to more than one company, the first company to accept becomes the owner, and anyone who opens a later invitation sees "This profile already has an owner". See Invite partners to your directory.
Webhooks and API
Each directory has its own webhook signing secret, in the Signing secret card on Webhooks > Events, where you can copy or regenerate it. Directories that already used webhooks keep the shared secret until they regenerate theirs or PartnerPage switches them over on a date it announces. See Set up webhooks for your directory.
A webhook event fires when a partner application arrives, in directories with partner applications on.
The API can update many partners in one call, and paginated lists keep a stable order from page to page.
Scheduler
When a calendar connection expires, partners see "Calendar connection expired" and a Reconnect calendar button. See Set up your calendar and booking links.
A partner's booking links follow the profile when its address changes.
Fixes
Custom CSS loads through PartnerPage's content delivery network.
Directory sitemaps and robots.txt point to the right addresses, including for directories served under a path on your own domain.
Apps stay in search results when visitors filter by availability.
Several security fixes.
